Our Team

Blake is a Licensed Civil Engineer in the State of Texas and has extensive experience working with state and city offices on both commercial and residential development projects. That knowledge and a commitment to detail served Blake well in his engineering career and continues into development and home building at SkyTop Homes.

Kevin brings over 35 years of hands on construction experience to the team. Kevin has extensive trade experience in all aspects of residential construction. He has done the work, been on the jobs, and brings valuable insight and experience as a SkyTop construction manager. Kevin currently oversees projects in Weatherford, Aledo & Possum Kingdom Lake.

Kacy graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a BBA in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration. Her background is in credit analysis, commercial lending and tax accounting. She began with Skytop Homes in June 2023. She helps manage our budgets, cash flow processes and construction funding, and oversees financial reporting. Her husband, Marcus, is the Field Supervisor at Hardin-Simmons University. They spend their days chasing two busy (but fun) toddlers, Mays and Cal.

My name is Luize Velmere, and I’m the Office Manager at Skytop Homes. I am responsible for the efficient management of Skytop Homes’ day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational tasks. In this role, I support the estimating, design, construction, marketing, and leadership processes by maintaining organization and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I graduated from Abilene Christian University in May 2025 with a major in Business Management and minors in Psychology and Entrepreneurship. I joined the Skytop team in July 2025. A fun fact about me is that I’m originally from Latvia, and I was a student-athlete on ACU’s track team!

Mason joined Skytop Homes as an intern in 2024 and is now our Assistant Superintendent. He graduated from McMurry University in May 2025 with a bachelor's degree in business administration and brings a strong foundation in business and leadership to the Skytop Team. He is passionate about the outdoors with a particular love for hunting and fishing and is the proud owner of a Silver Labrador name Poncho!
