Overall quality is good and if there are any issues before or after the sale they are promptly addressed. Although we purchased a spec home from them we would also consider using them for a custom home as well.

Each house is unique, and all neighborhoods beautifully maintained. The entire process of getting a home with them was great, and I would recommend it to anyone. The neighborhoods are nicely laid out, and the amenities well thought out. If you’re lucky enough to get a home built in one of their neighborhoods, you will be so glad you did! We were so blessed to be introduced to Blake Howard and his team. They treated us like family from the beginning to the end. Living in Fort Worth, TX and building a beautiful custom home in Abilene, Blake and his team could not have made the experience any better. We are so happy and can’t wait to make some great memories in Abilene. Thank you Blake!
